Correspondence about a publication

You decide whether to submit a question. The PHP endpoint records the form details—name, email, subject and message—alongside the time received and a receipt identifier. A one-way identifier derived for anti-spam purposes limits repeated requests. Only an actual saved record produces a success response. This creates correspondence in the protected site inbox, not an email, print booking or public comment.

Who can review it

The website operator can consult submitted correspondence to consider questions, corrections and data requests. It is not offered for sale, used for advertising or displayed to readers. Ordinary hosting access logs may also exist for running the service. Do not paste unpublished manuscripts, personal records or credentials into an enquiry.

Your control after sending

Inbox entries have no automatic expiry; the operator must remove them. Contact Zovemari with the receipt when requesting a copy, correction or removal. Identifying information may be requested to distinguish your entry from another. Contact security also uses a session cookie, described in the Cookies page; planner settings themselves do not persist.
